Karawang, Friday (12/03/2021) – Member of Company 3 Battalion C Pioneers of the West Java Regional Police Mobile Brigade, Briptu Tri Sutrisna has been actively giving advice on the prevention of the Covid-19 virus by visiting an online motorcycle taxi association in the Cikampek District, Karawang Regency.
As the Deputy Head of Brimob who continuously strives to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus during this pandemic, the West Java Mobile Brigade immediately took to the streets by visiting every community association to be given an appeal.
Currently, a number of police officers always provide appeals to the public to implement health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands regularly with soap, and maintaining distance to break the chain of Covid-19 spread.
Health protocol efforts also need to be implemented for online motorcycle taxi users, not just the drivers, because online motorcycle taxi service users are also asked not to gather at a point while waiting to be picked up from an online motorcycle taxi.
In a separate place, Mr. Dansat Brimob Polda West Java Kombes Pol. Yuri Karsono, SIK, also said that “as law enforcers, West Java Mobile Brigade members also take part in socializing the implementation of health protocols in the community, because this is according to orders from the Government by giving an appeal to implement health protocols, such as wearing a mask when doing activities. , always maintain cleanliness by diligently washing hands and always keeping a distance and not gathering in crowded places, ”he explained.

In addition, Briptu Tri Sutrisna said to online motorcycle taxi drivers “to keep implementing health protocols by wearing masks when picking up passengers, and avoiding direct contact when transactions are made during online motorcycle taxi service payments to avoid and to prevent Covid-19 transmission,” he concluded.
