POLDA MALUKU – The Maluku Police Mobile Brigade Unit continues to make efforts to prevent the spread of the corona virus or Covid-19.
One of the efforts that continues to be carried out is by spraying disinfectants in residential areas as well as public facilities, offices and places of worship that are prone to community associations so they are prone to exposure to the Covid19 virus.
Commander of the Maluku Regional Police Brimob Unit Kombes Pol M. Guntur SIK, MH said that since Covid-19 became a pandemic in Maluku, Maluku Brimob has made various efforts.
“In order to combat and break the chain of spread of the Covid-19 virus in Maluku, personnel of KBR (Radioactive Biological Chemistry) of the Maluku Regional Police Mobile Brigade continue to carry out sterilization by spraying disinfectants at a number of locations in the Maluku Regional Police’s jurisdiction,” said Kombes Pol. M. Guntur, Thursday (11/03/2021).
The KBR team, which is part of the Maluku Police’s Nusa II Safe Ops Task Force, sprayed liquid disinfectant at the Rumah Tiga Market and Seputaran Ojek Pangkalan, Poka Village, Ambon City.
Kombes Pol. M. Guntur said that in addition to breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19, spraying this disinfectant is a form of the state being present in the community.

Kombes Pol. M. Guntur also invited the public to jointly break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in Maluku.
“Don’t underestimate Covid-19, because this virus has become a pandemic. We have to be vigilant and we have to protect the people, especially Maluku because we are members of the National Police who have an obligation to protect the people from all kinds of dangers. The spraying of the disinfectant was led by Iptu Anggi Manullang and 1 other member of the Den Gegana Brimob Maluku Subdensen.
