LUNAR SAMPLE DATA
China’s space agency has released an online database of the first batch of the lunar samples brought back by the Chang’e-5 probe.
Researchers and the public can access the Lunar and Deep Space Exploration Scientific Data and Sample Release System via the website www.clep.org.cn, where they can apply for data and samples, according to the China National Space Administration.
INTELLIGENT CONNECTED VEHICLES
The Beijing municipal government has approved the designation of a demonstration zone for boosting the development of intelligent connected vehicles.
According to the blueprint, a planned area of 225 square km in Yizhuang New Town, the Daxing International Airport area, and six highway sections in Yizhuang, Daxing District in southern Beijing will serve as a pilot zone for the initiative.
An exhibition on innovative medicines and medical equipment opened Tuesday in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, displaying 810 exhibits from 16 countries.
South China’s Hainan Province has stepped up efforts to boost its medical sector, with the pilot zone taking the lead in opening up.
Of the total exhibits, 441 are yet to be approved for sale in the Chinese mainland market while 394 made their debut in the country, official data from the pilot zone showed.
