Timika – The Nemangkawi Task Force arrested four people suspected of being members of the Papua Armed Criminal Group (KKB). Those who were secured were, TJ, T, JJ and EK, Wednesday (17/03).
The press release which was held in the morning, the Mimika Police Chief explained a little chronology of the arresters.
“On Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11.58 WIT at the Trans Papua Mimika – Nabire road, four KKB troops were arrested,” the Police Chief said in a press release.
These arrests began when the Team received information from the public, after obtaining information from the investigation team regarding this information that there would be a Bama supplier in Kali Mindah -indah, Iwaka District for the KKB of Joni Botak’s group.
“Around the time the moving was detected, one of the targets was detected by one of the shooters from KKB Kali Kopi, AE, who was then in a white Toyota Avanza vehicle passing and driving from the direction of the city of Timika towards PT. PAL, “said the police chief.
Then the team followed suit and managed to intercept the vehicle and safely the four people who were in the vehicle were taken to the Gakkum Nemangkawi Command Post in the Timika area for inspection.
In that catcher, court officials are proof of evidence. Among them, four mobile phones (HP) and documents of the TPNPN OPM.
